Session 2

This afternoon session will focus on defining, challenging and expanding participants’ view of leadership. Participants will have an opportunity to reflect upon the organizational and leadership needs in their own offices or divisions, and will be asked to select at least one staff member in their office for whom they will later develop an emergent leadership plan for. Participants will be encouraged to “think outside the box” when selecting their target staff/staffs.
