Session notes
Conference attendees will be asked to complete this leadership frame assessment for Dr. Bolman’s presentation.
The opening morning session will introduce attendees to the conference focus by conceptualizing how bias affects decisions in the workplace and beyond. This session will feature the success story of “Karen,” an overworked and discouraged manager who revitalized her division by turning over the reins to a newly motivated and high-functioning staff member she’d previously overlooked for promotion. An interactive discussion of the pre-conference self-assessment will also be held.
