Session notes
The final afternoon session will entail finalizing the emergent leadership development plan for the targeted staff/staffs previously identified utilizing techniques and concepts presented in earlier sessions. During the final session of the conference, participants will complete a final assessment, as well as holistically reevaluate their staff, then compare this to the initial assessment completed prior to the conference.
