Session 4

The final afternoon session will entail participants creating a leadership development plan for the targeted staff/staffs previously identified, and apply the techniques and concepts presented in earlier session. At the conclusion of the conference, participants will complete final self-assessment, as well as holistically reevaluate their staff, then compare this to the initial assessment completed prior to the conference.
