This second day morning session will feature a series of personal stories that illustrate how emerging leaders can be overlooked when viewed through a lens that is narrowed by cultural, gender, generational and other biases. Personal, professional and organization benefits of viewing individuals’ leadership potential through a wider lens will shine through in each story.
