Session Notes
This second day morning session will feature a series of personal stories that illustrate how emerging leaders can be overlooked when viewed through a lens that is narrowed by cultural, gender, generational and other biases. Personal, professional and organizational benefits of viewing individual leadership potential through a wider lens will shine through in each story. Breakout session discussions will be held and moderated by the BtB team, with the purpose of formulating a leadership development plan for the staff participants selected earlier.
