Session notes
This afternoon session will focus on defining, challenging and expanding views of leadership. Participants will have an opportunity to reflect upon the organizational and leadership needs in their own divisions, and will be asked to select at least one staff member in their office for whom they will later develop an emergent leadership plan for. Participants are encouraged to “think outside the box” when selecting their target staff/staffs.
